SUMMER: THE PLACES - THE FOOD - THE PEOPLE

TANGIER. The Place – Le Mirage Beach. Just east of Cap Spartel, the northern tip of Africa and mystic Caves of Hercules acclaimed by Homer as "The Mirage" the breathtaking view of the beach of the Hotel Club Le Mirage, just outside Tangier. On the terraces, these pristine white balustrades separate you from the endless Ocean. The view extends to infinity, embracing a wild, silver sand beach that winds down the coast of Africa.

The Food. About a Kilometer down the beach from Le Mirage on the Plage Sidi Kacem is the Ocean restaurant managed by Tangerine veteran, Philippe Morain. The refined yet simple cuisine, which specializes in fish dishes, is perfect for a hot summer day, like this avocado and shrimps.

The Food.
It’s fabulous to sit on the terrace and look out onto the blue Atlantic Ocean while picking at these delicious and tasty grilled sardines.
